The first online Brightmed Seminar is a thought provoking discussion on the ‘new normal’ the world has been faced with. How can we as individuals, business, communities and even Governments use the Covid19 Pandemic as an opportunity to be a catalyst that changes what should have been changed for a long time.
Our speakers Yan Delgado is the CEO of Hyperion Group with 30 years experience in Banking and Finance, Wealth Management and Family Office. He is a great advocate for supporting global arts and culture founding Brightmed.
Alfred Tolle managed huge sales teams at Google before launching Wisdom Together which supports companies towards conscious leadership and meaningful growth.
Jose Luis Moreno is a journalist specialising in the Arts and Culture, and Co-Founder of Brightmed. He has contributed to the international growth of the Gibraltrar World Music Festival after joining in 2013.

About the Speakers
Yan Delgado is currently the Managing Partner and CEO of the Hyperion Group of Companies. He brings 30 years of experience in global markets, real estate investments and private banking with blue chip financial institutions in Paris, London and Gibraltar. He is also the founder of BrightMed, an annual gathering of thinkers, artists and students proposing a festival, exhibitions and seminars. Prior to founding Hyperion he worked for Indosuez, Credit Agricole and Credit Suisse. Yan is a graduate from La Sorbonne, Columbia Business School and obtained a Law certificate in Gibraltar.
Alfred Tolle is supporting companies towards conscious leadership and meaningful growth. His ability to integrate disparate perspectives generates an environment of trust and understanding. As the founder of Wisdom Together e.V. Alfred realized international conferences, workshops and executive coaching to host dialogues and transformation initiatives that embrace a holistic perspective. Through his profound experience as an executive manager Alfred balances bottom line business reality with passion and creativity. Thus, he oversaw for Google’s EMEA HQ in Dublin, Scandinavia and Benelux, was CEO of Lycos InC., in Boston, Vice President of Bertelsmann bol.com South East Asia in Tokyo and Executive Board Member of Daum Communication, in Seoul.
José Luis Martínez Moreno is a journalist with great experience in the media and culture sectors. He gained knowledge in many fields, including music, arts and event organizing. In 2013 Jose joined the Gibraltar World Music Festival, contributed to his International growth and co-founded the BrightMed concept in 2016.
The Gibraltar World Music Festival takes place in magical venues such as public piazzas and caves in the Rock of Gibraltar and asks artists to perform more than just music.
They have to commit to “Convivencia” values and accept collaboration with other artists. BrightMed is an international reunion focusing on peace proving aspiring intellectuals, activists and artists with a platform for all types of expression (art, talks, conferences, cinema…).
