Private Screening: Coinsilium “Trust Machine”
This isn’t the first time One Media & Events has run, managed, and promoted an event for Coinsilium. Previous notable events have included the sell-out Gibraltar Blockchain Workshop, in collaboration with the GSX Blockchain Innovation Centre, and the Fireside Chat at the World Trade Centre, Gibraltar. However, this time we joined Coinsilium in London for the private screening and UK premiere of their blockchain documentary, Trust Machine.
Nestled in between the high-rise, glass-fronted office buildings of Canary Wharf in London is the Everyman Cinema. Now, for those unfamiliar with the Everyman brand, this is not your average cinema experience. Sofas, cushions, full hot food menu, licensed bar, and table service make the Everyman unique, relaxed, and intimate. It merges the big screen and evening dining experience with the home comfort that only a sofa can achieve.
So, as a choice of venue, it was the perfect setting for the private screening of Trust Machine: intimate, informal, and comfortably nestled within the heart of London’s financial district.
An invitation-only event, One Media & Events coordinated the guest list, leveraging contacts from our extensive network. As well as managing invitation responses, Denise was on hand to coordinate and manage the event itself.
The premier was preceded by a presentation to investors and those in attendance by Eddy Travia, CEO and Co-founder of Coinsilium. The screening was then followed by a Q&A discussion where Eddy was joined by Malcolm Palle, Coinsilium Co-Founder and Chairman, and Karan Aswani, Senior Associate at Isolas.
As far as engaging with investors, building brand awareness and helping to demystify blockchain technology, the private screening of Trust Machine proved extremely successful. Attendees thoroughly enjoyed the event, owing in great part to the choice and suitability of location, as much as the captivating and informative nature of the documentary.
Once again, events like this UK film premiere showcase the strength, depth, and versatility of One Media & Events in event management and organisation, within Gibraltar and beyond.
